Pizza Hut

Not sure how this is double pepperoni... Had to state my order three times because their computer was being dumb even. But I seemed to have ended up with minus half the regular amount. Joshua the driver was great though!

945 South Ave Pocatello ID location, ABSOLUTE SNAKES. Rude and had my car TOWED two days before Christmas because I parked in the an unmarked Drivers’s Parking spot. Stan’s Towing was equally rude and I was charged double since it’s Christmas. DO BETTER, PIZZA HUT. Make it right and stop policing the parking lot- focus on your guests in your restaurant and making pizzas. I’m out $200- most expensive lunch I’ve ever had in my life and when I confronted the manager (Xander) he threatened to call the cops and make them remove me from the restaurant. YOU DON’T HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON IF YOU HAVE TO THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS! Do better, make it right, and stop punishing patrons for no reason. A simple tag or warning would have sufficed.

Ordered curbside. They did not include the wings we ordered. We live 30 miles from town. They wanted us to drive back to get the items they forgot. I said I would not drive 60 miles for their mistake so the took the items off my bill. They didn't even care or offer an apology.

Ordered 1 pizza, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for it to be delivered. It was cold and the calls I made inquiring about its arrival were completely disregarded. The shop is using door dash for deliveries and those drivers are obviously taking on more delivery at once and they are not transporting properly. No security seal and not in hot/cold bags. 30 minutes on the road and arrived cold, then they tried to blame each other for the excessively late single pizza. What a joke.

The Pizza was so delicious and everyone was always checking if I had been helped or not. The Pizza was made really fast.
